CMS Volleyball Camp

Who: Rising 5th-8th Grade

When: August 7th-9th

Time: 9am-11am

Location: Canton Middle Gym

Registration Fee: $35.00

(Cash or check payable to Canton Middle School)

Things to know:

• Registration fee includes volleyball skills instruction and a t-shirt

• Registration must be completed by the link below by July 26th with the participant’s shirts size to receive the t-shirt.

• All participants must have a current PHYSICAL on file at CMS to come and participated in camp.  (current is defined as within the past 395 calendar days) NCHSAA Physical and Preparticipation (English)

• Signed Volleyball Camp Waiver (see below)
