Football Summer Workouts 

The CMS Football coaching staff will be offering morning practices for players in order to teach skills that will prepare players for the upcoming football season. The dates for June and July practices are posted below. Please contact the school if you have any questions.

Tuesdays: 8:00am – 9:00am (Offensive Training)

Wednesdays: 8:00 am – 10:00am (Offense & Weight Training/Conditioning)

Thursdays: 8:00am – 9:00am (Defensive Training)

June: 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 25th, 27th

July: 9th, 10th, 11th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th, 31st
